Birch Grove features a charcoal grill that can be utilized by the renter or catering service. Renters are permitted alcoh ol (beer and wine only) but it must stay contained to the facility grounds and is not permitted in Kid's Kingdom. Glass is prohibited along with helium balloons. Bathroom facilities are located next to Kid's Kingdom.
RESIDENT PRICING: Residents of Ben Avon, Ben Avon Heights, Emsworth, Kilbuck, and Ohio Township are eligible for resident pricing. The price difference will be refunded immediately after confirmation of residency.
CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of cancellation, HALF of the deposit or payment will be refundable if written notice of cancellation is received and the Park is able to rent the facility on the same date for the same rental fee. If the facility cannot be rented for the same date, the ENTIRE deposit or rental fee shall be forfeited.
